Do I need to sign up to buy?

The short, quick answer is yes, and we have a few good reasons.

Although we take the utmost care with every order we process, the unforeseeable in life oftentimes happens.  By having a confirmed way of being able to efficiently contact you throughout the online purchasing stages ensures our ability to uphold our highest level of customer service.

 

How much is shipping?

If you online order is $150 or more, we pick up the shipping cost to get you that order… simple as that!

Why don't you ship to my country?

We ship anywhere that USPS reaches.  If they do not ship to your country, unfortunately we don’t, either.

I live near Tustin, can I arrange to pick up my order at the retail store?

Yes, you can!  At the payment phase of placing your online order, be sure to select the appropriate shipping method.

What methods of payment are accepted?
